Chelsea-Anne is a newly certified music therapist located in Central Newfoundland and Labrador. After graduating from Acadia University in 2020, she went on to complete her internship at the Janeway Children's Health and Rehabilitation Centre (2021). In October of 2021, Chelsea-Anne went on to pass the board certification exam, and successfully obtained both her Music Therapist Board Certified (MT-BC) and Certified Music Therapist (MTA) designations.
Chelsea-Anne has experience working with children, long term care, dementia, rehabilitation and within both medical and residential settings. Pulling from many different approaches, Chelsea-Anne enjoys using all and any tools within her toolbox to best serve clients from all ages, needs, and abilities.

Grace strives to create a warm, welcoming, and kind environment for her clients and students that encourages them to be their authentic selves. Grace has experience working with children in-hospital in inpatient and outpatient contexts, child development and rehabilitation, mental health care for all ages, long-term care, and community music therapy. Today, she works with clients of all ages and abilities in private practice. She leads with resource-oriented, humanistic, family centred, and queer theory informed approaches in her work, along with many others depending on the client context.
Grace completed her first music therapy internship in the Summer of 2023 at the Janeway Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Centre in St.John's, Newfoundland. In the Fall of 2023 and the Winter of 2024, Grace was a music therapy intern at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener, Ontario, working in Child, Adolescent, and Adult Inpatient Mental Health. Her final Summer 2024 internship was in Long Term Care at Trinity Village in Kitchener, in which she worked with residents with various forms of Dementia. She has also facilitated Palliative Care (End-of-Life) Sessions.

Vern is a Music Therapist and End-of-Life Doula located in the Avalon Peninsula. Graduating from Acadia University in 2020, they completed their internship at Pleasant View Towers Long-Term Care Centre (2023) and obtained their Music Therapist Board Certified (MT-BC) and Certified Music Therapist (MTA) appointments in February of 2024. In May 2024, Vern completed their End-of-Life Doula training through the Institute of Traditional Medicine in Toronto, ON.
Vern has experience working with those experiencing terminal illness, end-of-life care, dementia, traumatic brain injuries, mental health and addictions, and intellectual, physical, and developmental disabilities. Their practice is rooted in a humanistic and person-centered approach; client autonomy, self-determination, and meaning orientation is of the utmost importance to provide physical, emotional, psychological, social, and existential support.
