Biography:

My name is Mackenzie Costron (she/her), and I live, work, and play in K’jipuktuk/Halifax, Nova Scotia. One of the blessings in my life is working with an inspiring group of humans – therapists, healers, visionaries and change-makers.  Through Costron + Co, I provide in-person and virtual holistic business coaching for creative, health, and wellness entrepreneurs through Costron + Co. My journey is shaped by my work as a Certified Music Therapist (MTA) and Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT), where I use music and stories to bring hope, love, and light into people’s lives. I am also proud to be the Owner and Founder of Find Your Voice Music Therapy (FYVMT), with locations in Katarokwi/ Kingston, Ontario, and K’jipuktuk/ Halifax, Nova Scotia.  At FYVMT, I work with a team of heart-centered therapists who hold safe space and empower our community through the delivery of therapeutic services.

In working with Costron + Co, you will be invited to explore offerings and explore challenges, whether it's work-life integration, burnout, entrepreneur mental health, or uncertainty about how to move forward in your business. You will leave our sessions feeling heard and supported, knowing you're not alone.
